The initial User name will be the Member’s Last Name followed by the First Name, with no space between, exactly as printed on the Member ID cards. For example the User name for Joshua Smith would be “SmithJoshua” and the User name for John T. Smith would be “SmithJohn T.”. Passwords will be the Member ID number as printed on the ID cards. This number usually starts with a “T” or an “8” (e.g. “T98765432” or “800123456”). Dependents will not be assigned login Ids.
